Eligibility Criteria of UPSC Recruitment 2024

Educational Qualification
As mentioned in the official notification of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). We have mentioned the post-wise qualification required below:-
- Deputy Superintending Archaeologist:
i) Master’s degree in Archaeology or Master’s degree in Indian History (with Ancient Indian History or Medieval Indian History as a subject or paper) or Master degree in Anthropology (with stone-age Archaeology as a subject or paper) or Master’s degree in Geology (with Pleistocene Geology as a subject or paper) from a recognized University or Institute, and
(ii) Postgraduate or Advanced Diploma in Archaeology of a duration of at least one year from a recognized University or Institute Or Field experience of at least three years in Archaeology. - Cabin Safety Inspector: Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board. Ten years of experience as a Cabin Crew and presently working as a Cabin Crew.
Age Limit

Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty-five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment.
No fee for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
Selection Process
The selection process for the above-mentioned posts will be based on interview. Applicants have to produce printouts of the online application and self-attested copies of the original documents/certificates and other items mentioned in the summon letter for the interview should be produced at the time of the interview.

The applicant needs to register himself/herself first at the One Time Registration (OTR) platform, available on the Commission’s website, and then proceed to fill up the online application for the examination. OTR has to be registered only once in a lifetime. This can be done anytime throughout the year.
