RCFL Nurse Recruitment 2024: The Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for filling up the posts of Nurse Gr II (Grade – A6). Eligibility Criteria of RCFL Nurse Recruitment 2024

Educational Qualification

• Qualification: 12th with a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from UGC recognized University / Institution. OR B.Sc. (Nursing) degree from UGC recognized University / Institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience

Age Limit

Application Fee:

The application fee is Rs. 700/-. However, there is no application processing fee for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female candidates

Salary Details of Officer Post at RCFL:

Selected candidates will get the scale of pay of Rs.22,000 – 60,000 which includes Basic Pay +VDA (43.7%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places ) works out to Rs. 45,030/- approximately

Place of Posting:

The postings of the selected candidates may be at any of the Units (Trombay / Thal / Area offices) of the company throughout India or at any project site as decided by the Management.

Selection Process:

The selection process for Nurse posts includes an Online Test (computer-based online objective-type test) and a Skill Test.

The online test will have two parts; i) Discipline-related and ii) Aptitude -elated. The duration of the test will be 90 minutes. The total no. of questions will be 100, out of which 80 questions would be from a mix of course curriculum of qualifying degree/diploma / relevant qualification of relevant discipline and 20 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge / Awareness. There will be negative markings for wrong answers.

The exact date of the online test shall be communicated to the candidates through the admit card to be downloaded from the RCFL website.
