Educational Qualification

Postgraduate medical qualification and other academic qualifications from a recognized institution. with a minimum of ten (10) years of teaching experience as a Professor/Associate Professor (Additional Professor In respect of SKIMS faculty)/Reader in a Medical College/Institute out of which at least five (05) years should be as a Professor in a Department. Preference to be given to the Heads of the Departments.

Age Limit

Before applying candidates must fulfill the age requirement criteria as mentioned in the notification. The post-wise age limit is given below:-

The upper age limit shall be 62 years in respect of faculty of SKIMS, Soura, and faculty of SKIMS Medical College, Bernina as on 01-012024.

Posting Tenure

The appointment shall be made on a tenure basis for two (02) years.
