AIIMS Jammu Job Notification Out for 98 Posts, Check Vacancies, Eligibility and How to Apply

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jammu has released the official notification inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for the following faculty posts on a Direct Recruitment Basis in various departments of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jammu. There are 98 vacancies opened for the mentioned positions.

This recruitment drive will fill up vacancies in Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor positions. Candidates selected for Faculty positions will be paid a monthly salary between Rs.1,01,500 – 2,20,400/-.

Educational Qualification

As mentioned in the official notification of AIIMS Jammu Job Notification. We have mentioned the post-wise qualification required below:-

MBBS or an equivalent qualification recognized under the Indian Medical Council (IMC) Act, 1956, or by the National Medical Commission (NMC) for the practice of medicine in India. Further qualifications/ experience can be read below from the official notification.

Age Limit

Before applying candidates must fulfill the age requirement criteria as mentioned in the notification. The post-wise age limit is given below:-

The upper age limit is 50 years for all posts as on 02-09-2024. Age relaxation to various categories will be as per norms.

Application Fee

The application fee for General/OBC Candidates is Rs.3000, for EWS Candidates is Rs.2400, and for SC/ST Candidates is Rs.2400. However, PwBD category candidates are exempted.

Selection Process

Selection is based on performance in the Interview. However, a written test or screening, based on objective criteria may be done to shortlist applicants to be called for an interview.

Interested and eligible candidates are required to apply online through the AIIMS Jammu’s official website www.aiimsjammu.edu.in from 12-08-2024 (Monday) to 02-09-2024 (Monday) up to 5.00 PM. The last date for Submission of the Hard Copy of the Application Form is 07-09-2024.

Step 3: Register and Login. After logging in fill in the required details
Step 4: Upload the necessary documents
Step 5: Pay the application fee
Step 6: Submit the form and take a printout of the form for future use.
Step 7: Submit the hard copy of the online application form along with self-attested copies of each of all relevant certificates regarding Age, Qualification, Experience including Proof of Payment, Caste certificate in prescribed proforma, EWS/PwBD Certificate, NOC, other relevant testimonials along with a printout of the application submitted online with covering letter so as the same reach to the following address:
