Educational Qualification

1. Graduate (Electrical): B.Sc, B.E or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
2. Graduate (Civil): B.Sc, B.E or B.Tech in Civil
3. HR Executive: MBA in HR, Post Graduation in Personnel Management/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations
4. Rajbhasha Assistant: B.A. (Hindi) with proficient knowledge of English
5. ITI – Electrician: ITI in Electrician
6. Diploma (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering
7. Diploma (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering
8. Law Executive: Degree in Law, LLB

Age Limit

As per the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited recruitment notification, Applicants’ minimum age should be 18 years. Age Relaxation is Applicable as per the Rules

Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade. Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through the registered email id. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for verification of documents.

• Candidates should first register themselves (as a candidate/student) in the website of NAPS for HR Executive/ CSR Executive/ Law Executive / PR Assistant/ ITI (Electrician) at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in or NATS for Degree/ Diploma in Engineering at https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in and complete/update their profile by uploading all the required documents.
• After getting the NAPS/NATS registration/enrolment number, candidates should apply on the POWERGRID website as per the following details: – Go to www.powergrid.in > Careers > Engagement of Apprentices > Apply Online.

Required Documents:

1. Apprenticeship Registration/Enrolment Number under NATS/NAPS and 100% completed/updated profile in the portal.
2. Scanned copies of educational certificates and mark sheets (clear and legible).
3. Proof of age (Matriculation Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.).
4. SC/ ST/ latest OBC(NCL) Caste certificate as per Govt of India formats (if applicable)
5. Bank Cancelled Cheque/ First Page of Passbook (DBT enabled account details)
6. Recent colour passport-sized photograph and signature.
