AIIMS Jammu Technicians Recruitment 2024: All India Institute of Medical Science Vijaypur, Jammu has invited Online applications from eligible candidates possessing prescribed qualifications for various Technician posts on a Contract Basis, advertised against Employment Notification No. 04 / 2024.

Interested and eligible candidates are required to apply online through the AIIMS Jammu website i.e., www.aiimsjammu.edu.in from 16th of August 2024 to 29th of August 2024 up to 5.00 PM. The Last date to submit the hard copy of the application form by post is 03th of September 2024.

Eligibility Criteria of AIIMS Jammu Technicians Recruitment 2024

Below we have summarized the required eligibility criteria such as qualification required, age limit, experience, etc. Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria before applying for any post mentioned in the notification.

Educational Qualification

As mentioned in the official notification of AIIMS Jammu Technicians Recruitment 2024. We have mentioned the post-wise qualification required below:-

• Manifold Technician (Gas Steward): Passed 12th in Science with 7 years experience in Medical Gas Pipeline System OR Trade Certificate or IT Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. with 5 years experience in Medical Gas Pipeline System
• Medical Lab Technician: Diploma in Medical Lab Technology / B. Sc. In Medical Lab Technology
• Radiotherapy Technician: B.Sc. (Hons.) (3 years course) in Radiotherapy/Radiology OR Diploma in Radiotherapy/Radiology with 2 years experience
• Technical Assistant (Transfusion Medicine & Blood Bank): B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent with 05 Years of Experience OR Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent with 08 years’ experience in the concerned field.

Age Limit

Before applying candidates must fulfill the age requirement criteria as mentioned in the notification. The Upper Age Limit is 35 years as on 29.08.2024 (Thursday). The maximum permissible age relaxations are:

i) OBC candidates: 3 years
ii) PwBD General Category: 10 years
iii) PvBD OBC Category: 13 years
iv) PwBD SC/ST Category: 15 years

Age relaxation will not be applicable to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for UR posts

Application Fee

Selection Process

The selection process involves two Stages; Written test and Document Verification. The selection of candidate(s) will be based on written and/or applied test consisting of 100 marks. Candidates must bring the original application form along with documents/certificates (along with TWO sets of self-attested Photocopies) of the following documents for verification:

• Date of Birth (i.e. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate);
• Qualifying degree/diploma/certificate, as applicable;
• Experience Certificate(s)
• Category certificate – valid for central government jobs/PwBD;
• Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport etc.)
